Return & Refund Policy – JF Candle Co.

At JF Candle Co., each product is hand-poured and carefully inspected to ensure it meets our highest quality standards before leaving our studio. Because of the nature of our artisanal goods, used candles and opened home fragrance products cannot be returned or refunded.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@jfcandleco.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof. We’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund for any item damaged in transit or received in error.


Returns on Unused Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your unused item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Please email us prior to returning any items so we can assist you with the process.


Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jfcandleco.com.
