Flexible Product Assortments
CANDLES
A minimum of four candles per selected scent is required. Retailers may choose any combination of 12 oz and 16 oz candles within that scent.
- Two 12 oz and two 16 oz
- Three 12 oz and one 16 oz
- Four candles of the same size
WAX MELTS
A minimum of six wax melts per selected scent is required. Retailers may choose any combination of 2 oz and 8 oz wax melts within that scent.
The minimum order value may include both candles and wax melts. However, minimum quantities are calculated separately by product type and scent. Wax melts cannot be counted toward the four-candle minimum, and candles cannot be counted toward the six-wax-melt minimum.

Wholesale Terms
Minimum Order and Pricing
The minimum opening order and reorder is $300 after the wholesale discount, excluding shipping and applicable taxes.
Wholesale discounts are based on total retail value before discounts:
- $500–$1,099: 40% off
- $1,100–$1,999: 45% off
- $2,000 or more: 50% off
The applicable discount will be confirmed when the order is reviewed.
Product Minimums
A minimum of four candles per selected scent is required. The four candles may be any combination of 12 oz and 16 oz sizes.
A minimum of six wax melts per selected scent is required. The six wax melts may be any combination of 2 oz and 8 oz sizes.
The order value may include both product types, but their minimum quantities must be met separately by product type and scent.
Ordering and Payment
Wholesale orders must be paid in full before production begins.
After approval, the retailer will receive an order summary confirming products, discount, shipping charges, total due, and estimated completion date.
Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production has started.
Production and Shipping
Most wholesale orders are ready to ship within 7–10 business days after payment is received. Larger orders may require additional time.
Wholesale shipping is calculated separately based on order size, weight, and destination. Retail complimentary shipping offers do not apply to wholesale orders. Larger orders requiring multiple cartons or pallet/LTL freight may be quoted separately. Shipping and taxes do not count toward the $300 merchandise minimum or pricing tier.
Tracking information will be provided when the order ships.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Orders should be inspected promptly upon delivery.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Photographs of the affected products, shipping box, and packaging may be required.
Approved claims will be replaced or credited.
Returns
Because wholesale products are handcrafted and made specifically for each retail partner, wholesale orders are final sale.
JF Candle Co. is available to assist with scent selection and creating a balanced assortment before an order is placed.
Suggested Retail Pricing
Current suggested retail prices are:
- 12 oz candles: $37
- 16 oz candles: $47
- 2 oz wax melts: $10
- 8 oz wax melts: $22
Retailers are encouraged to follow suggested retail prices to maintain consistent brand value. Temporary storewide promotions are permitted, but products should not be routinely advertised below suggested retail price.
Approved Sales Channels
Wholesale products may be sold through the retailer’s physical storefront and independently operated website.
Resale through Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces requires prior written approval.
Products may not be relabeled, repackaged, altered, or represented as products made by another company.
Wholesale Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. JF Candle Co. reserves the right to approve partners based on brand alignment, location, intended sales channels, and product availability.
Submitting payment for an approved order confirms acceptance of the wholesale terms.
