All orders are hand-poured, carefully packed, and shipped from our New Hampshire studio.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage.
All U.S. territories and associated states are treated as domestic shipments (no customs or import duties).

By focusing on domestic shipping, we’re able to carefully control transit times, packaging conditions, and delivery reliability—especially for handcrafted, temperature-sensitive products like candles.

This approach allows us to deliver a consistently elevated experience while preserving the craftsmanship, care, and attention to detail our customers expect.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
  • During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or product launches), processing may take up to 7 business days.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Every candle is crafted to order to ensure freshness, quality, and attention to detail.

We offer Free U.S. Shipping on all orders over $75 USD (after discounts, before taxes — Continental U.S. only).

Orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
