Candle Care

Follow these simple guidelines for a clean, even burn and safe enjoyment.

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn for a clean, steady flame and reduced soot.
First burn: allow wax to melt edge-to-edge (about 2–3 hours) to help prevent tunneling.
Never burn unattended or near anything flammable.
Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
Allow the candle to cool completely before moving or handling.

Wax Melt Care

Place 1–2 cubes in a dedicated wax warmer dish and turn the warmer on.
Allow wax to fully melt to release fragrance; adjust cubes for desired strength.
Never add water or other liquids to your warmer.
Keep warmers away from children and pets.
Let wax cool and solidify before removing.

Incense Care

Place incense in a heat-resistant holder on a stable surface.
Light the tip until it glows, then gently blow out the flame to allow it to smolder.
Burn in a well-ventilated area away from drafts and flammable materials.
Keep away from children, pets, and loose fabrics.
Ensure ashes fall safely into the holder and never leave burning incense unattended.
